Masala Cheese Toast

Based on Tarla Dalal recipe:

2 Slices of bread
2 tsp grated cheese: swiss/cheddar

Chopped onions
Finely chopped green chillies
little boiled veggies: cabbage, peas, beans,potatoes
pinch of garam masala
1 tsp oil
salt to taste

1. Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Cook till pinkish in color
2. Add the veggies, chillies, garam masala and salt. Cook for 2 min
3. Toast the bread slices till they are lightly crisp
4. Pour little veggies on each toast
5. Top with grated cheese
